How long does shipping take?
Shipping normally takes 8-16 days to the US and UK, and 9-28 days to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping to other parts of the world normally takes 9-60 days.
What shipping method is used?
Packages are delivered via USPS in the US, and DHL or local services internationally.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes! We offer refunds or returns on all products if they are delivered damaged or defective, or they do not match their product descriptions on our website. A claim must be filed within 30 days.

What if I don't receive my packet?
You will receive a tracking number with your order to see the progress of your delivery. If your package is not received within 60 days to major countries, or 150 days to other parts of the world, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Do I pay taxes and customs? (international)
Peritian is based in the United States and charges sales tax in all 50 states. Any international taxes or fees such as VAT, GST, customs, etc will be handled locally. We do not charge and therefore will not cover these expenses (see billing for more information).
Do you have sales, discounts or promotions?
Yes, and frequently! You may subscribe to our emails newsletter to stay up to date with all sales or promotions, as well as all new products that are released. You will also get a 10% discount off your first order. Newsletter signup is located at the bottom of the page.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once we've processed your order we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 2-7 business days for processing before more information is available, as shipping companies do not always update their information immediately.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
Yes. If you decide to change your order contact us please immediately Once shipping begins we cannot cancel this process and it will be too late to change your order.
